The sprawling pool complex is the hotel’s main hub, edged by tall palm trees, lush lawns and plenty of sunbeds. It features three outdoor pools, comprising two large family pools and a toddlers’ pool. The water park’s large “river” features river boats and five different water slides – including a fun racing slide for four people and a curved, tube-style slide. The pool area stretches towards the pebbly beachfront, where you’ll find further umbrellas and sunbeds. Free beach towels are available, with a refundable deposit.

The hotel’s recreational programme, running from May to October, includes an array of activities, such as aqua gym classes, mini-golf, beach volleyball, football and basketball. Otherwise, you can play tennis on one of two courts or work up a sweat at the gym (for those aged 16 years and above). Local excursions can also be booked with the entertainment team for an extra charge.

Kids ages four to 12 will be well cared for at the Mini Club, which hosts diverse activities including more experiential ones for those six and up, introducing electric cars and mini carts for traffic awareness or pursuits to encourage 'little potters', 'young engineers' and 'young scientists', in addition to special themed days and a daily mini disco. There’s a kid’s playground on site too and an evening babysitting service is available on request for a supplementary charge.

In the meantime, adults can retreat to the tranquil spa with a modern hammam. You can indulge in a massage with products by Germaine De Capuccini or Dead Sea Premier or visit the beauty salon for manicures and pedicures (additional charges apply). Later in the evening, the whole family can watch live entertainment. Make sure you catch the Circus Wonderland Show featuring astounding hula-hoop and juggling skills and a Greatest Showman tribute that will get you off your feet.

Dining information

The hotel’s main restaurant, Samaria, serves local and international buffet dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are various buffet theme nights for dinner. There’s also Mura (available once per stay, reservations one day prior are required), where you can dine indoors, beneath elegant pendant lights, or eat al fresco on the terrace. The menu here features a variety of traditional Japanese dishes and Asian-inspired dishes.

For refreshments visit the contemporary Dionissos Lobby bar or the poolside Dedalos bar, which also serves snacks during the day, and overlooks the swimming pools and Aegean Sea. You can order a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the Bikini Disco Club too.

Additional information

If you stay on a half-board basis, you can choose between a buffet lunch or dinner. Please note that the evening dress code requires men to wear long trousers.
