The hotel’s three landscaped pools include a multi-tiered infinity pool that overlooks the Caribbean Sea, a tropical garden pool and a saltwater pool that lies along a semi-rocky shoreline. Designated apps allow you to stream movies and connect with your personal butler by the pool. All of these pools provide waiter service and remain exclusive to hotel guests, but you’ll also have access to a further five shared pools (and a sixth pool for children) at the three nearby Grand Palladium hotels.

Ride on a golf cart or walk to other facilities around the wider resort complex, including the sports centre, which features a multi-sports field, six tennis courts, a mini-golf course and a shooting range for rifles. You can also take up dancing lessons or participate in various fitness classes, from aerobics to Zumba. Elsewhere, you’ll find a long stretch of white sand beach and an exclusive adult-only area, complete with Balinese beds and waiter service. An array of activities and non-motorised water sports are on offer along the beachfront, all at no extra cost. Other aquatic experiences, such as diving and private yacht rentals, are available for a supplementary charge.

The first-class Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness centre promotes a wealth of specialist massage, body and facial treatments, in addition to a selection of beauty treatments. It also features a hydrotherapy area with whirlpools, sensation showers, steam baths, an outdoor pool and juice bar. Once you have booked and paid for a treatment, you can enjoy a day's complimentary access to the spa’s hydrotherapy areas (hot tubs, pool, sauna and steam baths), although all treatments incur a supplementary charge and require a reservation. Meanwhile, a separate fitness room is outfitted with modern exercise equipment.

The hotel pays homage to its tropical surroundings with plant-filled walkways and living walls. The hotel uses biodegradable products where possible, and has installed energy efficient lighting throughout the property as part of a larger sustainability initiative. There’s an effective recycling programme and a commitment to use local products.   

Dining information

The hotel has six tempting restaurants and six bars that serve premium spirits and cocktails. Start your day at Capricho, where you can feast on popular breakfast dishes, accompanied by natural juices and freshly brewed coffee. At lunchtime, you can soak up the Ibiza-inspired atmosphere of the Helios beach club, listening to live music and relishing a range of lobster dishes beside the sea.

In the evenings, there’s a choice of a la carte venues, including the El Gaucho Argentinian steakhouse, the French-themed La Bohème and Tentazione, where you can indulge in exquisite Italian fare, paired with fine wines. Chic Cabaret & Restaurant offers a unique dining experience on select days, with pre-dinner cocktails, unlimited premium beverages, a set menu dinner and a lively stage show. Reservations are required and supplementary reservation fees apply.

As part of the Dine Around experience, you’ll also have access to all bars and restaurants around the Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts complex.

The dress code at all a la carte restaurants stipulates that gentlemen must wear a sleeved shirt or T-shirt with long trousers or formal shorts.
