Time can be well spent here, lazing by the pool and chilling on the pristine beach, but there’s also plenty of activities to entertain. Make use of the tennis court and half basketball court and partake in a game of beach volleyball. There’s plenty of fun table games including ping pong and you could partake in a line-up of classes and experiences such as yoga, cooking classes, macramé workshops and mixology (subject to change).

If you want to relax further, the cutting edge spa offers a range of therapies incorporating the Mayan healing philosophy with traditional and holistic methods. Enjoy a complete hydrotherapy circuit with a sauna, aromatherapy steam room, sensation showers, a giant jacuzzi, a dynamic pool with various jets. Kick back in the relaxation area with tea and fruit juice or work up a sweat in the 24-hour gym. There’s also a beauty salon and treatment rooms including a dedicated couples room.

Haven Riviera Cancun can provide complimentary green fees at the nearby El Tinto Golf Club, designed by Nick Price. Tee times are subject to availability.

Serenity Club guests also enjoy a daily a la carte breakfast option overlooking the ocean or pool, an invitation only weekly manager’s cocktail reception and special VIP treats served daily by the hotel Chef’s and nightly by the General Manager of the resort. 

Dining information

You can delight in a choice of restaurants with cuisines from all over the world. From Mediterannean find dining at Olios and Asian Fushion at Satsu to a Mexican steakhouse, Agua Bendita and a traditional trattoria, Vora Mar. Each offering delectable a la carte menus and additional dining experiences. Flavours Marketplace is the main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers comfortable seating, a relaxed ambience and a wide variety of dishes presented in culinary stations.

For lighter meals there Mistral Snack Bar plating up burgers, fries and small bites, or you can grab a pastry or gelato at Mocaccino, a coffee shop located in the lobby. If you’re staying in a Serenity Club room you’ll have access to two additional restaurants, Tahani fine dining for a la carte breakfast and dinner and Vistas Restaurant serving a la carte breakfasts and a salad bar lunch.

You’re never far away from a bar, with different venues to suit each mood. Moet Corner provides a sophisticated cocktail bar with stunning ocean views, while Lime, an American style bar offers televised sports event alongside sunset views. For a relaxing refreshment there’s Haven Bar or you can dance the night away at Moons Nightclub – a social lounge with nightly entertainment and late night DJ. There’s also two pool bars one with swim-up seating.
