How do you get from the airport to Cluj-Napoca city centre?
Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport (CLJ) is less than five miles away from Cluj-Napoca’s centre. Taxi transfers are the quickest and most straightforward mode of transportation between the city and airport. Alternatively, you can head to the bus stop located outside the main terminal building, along the Strada Traian Vuia, if you’re travelling on a budget. Public buses on line 5 run from here to the city centre every 20 minutes, and you can get off at the Constanta (Regionale CFR), Sora and Central stops, which are all located in the centre of Cluj-Napoca.
