Benefits of booking as a group

What happens next?

Once you have received your quote from us, call us to complete your group booking. We'll secure your flights for two weeks, free of charge. If you'd like to speak to us directly, please call:

How to complete and pay for your booking

• A 20% non-refundable deposit two weeks after you’ve made your booking will secure your flights.
• You just need to complete payment for your group eight weeks before departure.
• You can pay for your booking by credit or debit card without incurring any additional surcharges.

Making changes to your booking

• You can change your travel dates or upgrade to the next travel class (if available), for an extra charge.

• You can change names in your group, free of charge, before tickets have been issued. When tickets have been issued, you can still change names for a fee of £30 each. However exceptions apply by country, so please contact us for more information.
