Travelling can be tiring, so follow these three tips to make your flight to Mauritius easier:
1. Combat dehydration during a flight by drinking plenty of water, juice and soft drinks. If you avoid dehydration, you will also avoid its negative side effects like headaches, fatigue and listlessness.
2. Keep the blood flowing in your body by completing some gentle exercises in your seat during the flight. Shrug your shoulders, stretch your neck and flex your toes. Take a walk down the aisle when you can.
3. Beat jet lag by living according to your new time zone as soon as you can. Mauritius is south of the equator and four hours ahead of GMT. Use our jet lag calculator for advice from our sleep expert.
