Check travel requirements
As a result of Heathrow's request to cap the number of travellers passing through the airport, we have had to take a small number of flights out of our schedule and limit available fares on short-haul flights departing from Heathrow until 15 August 2022. We have introduced new rebooking policies to provide maximum flexibility. Please see this guide for which policy would apply.
For any non-LHR capacity related cancellations, please note the following options:
• Re-book onto another British Airways service using our Standard Customer Guidelines. Click here for details.
• Re-book onto another carrier where an agreement exists. Click here for details.
• Offer a full refund as per our Standard Customer Guidelines. Click here for details.
Please encourage your customers to check the status of flights on ba.com before travelling to the airport and ensure their contact details are up to date within ‘Manage My Booking’ so that we can advise them of any changes to their itinerary.
