Tom Kerridge, one of Britain’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs, has designed a delicious new range of food to be enjoyed on board. As well as being a restauranteur and author, he is renowned for his seasonal approach to cooking and his use of great British ingredients.
“For me, seasonal produce is what makes British food special,” said Tom. “The way I feel about food comes from the heart – it’s a huge part of my life, and it should bring out emotions and create memories.”
Tom created the new range with a special focus on British provenance, and his signature sandwiches and a pie form part of our Speedbird Café menu, available for Euro Traveller (short-haul economy) customers.
