If you would like to change your booking you can choose from one of the following options. If you booked via a travel agent, please contact them directly to discuss further arrangements for your booking. If you have a holiday booking, find out how to make changes if you need to.
You can change the dates of your flight with no change booking fee, although you will need to pay any difference in fare. This is applicable to:

Please complete the form below in exchange for a voucher to the value of your trip so you can rebook when you’re ready.
Once we’ve received your form we will process the cancellation on your behalf and email you a voucher which can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking. Your new trip booked using a voucher must be fully completed by 30 September 2023 (departure and return).
If you have an Avios Reward Flight Saver, Reward Flight, Companion or Gold Upgrade Voucher booking: by applying for a voucher, you will receive a refund and your Companion or Gold Upgrade Voucher will revert back to the original expiry date.
If your journey is due to be completed by 30 September 2022 you can claim a voucher to the value of your booking, valid for travel until 30 September 2023.
