Checking in and boarding

Boarding your flight

Get your trip off to a great start by arriving at the gate well in advance so that your flight can take-off on time. We have introduced a group boarding system on all our flights to simplify boarding, reduce congestion at the gate and make things easier for you.

You will notice a group number on your boarding pass, showing your boarding priority. Please be at the gate on time, ready to board the aircraft when your group is called.

As an Executive Club Gold, Silver or Bronze Member or oneworld® equivalent, your priority boarding will automatically be reflected in the group number shown on your boarding pass. If you arrive after your priority group has been called, you can use the priority boarding lane to go through at your leisure.

Pre-boarding

Customers with additional needs will be offered pre-boarding ahead of all the groups listed in the table below.

Families with small children

We invite families with infants under two and young children in pushchairs to board first, so that you and your family can settle in. Please get to the gate at least 50 minutes before departure so that you are ready to board and we have enough time to load your pushchair in the hold.

Customers requiring disability or mobility assistance

We will assist you on to the aircraft ahead of other passengers so that you have time to settle in and get comfortable.  Please contact us at least 48 hours before your flight so that we can make arrangements for you.
