- This offer is only open to selected Eligible Participants who are registered as British Airways Executive Club Members and have their birthday set up on their profile to 25 August. An Eligible Participant is a British Airways (“BA”) Executive Club Member, aged 18 or over.
- This offer is subject to all applicable national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the laws that govern you in the jurisdiction in which you are resident. Your participation in this promotion is at your sole option and risk. Promotion void where not valid or prohibited.
- This offer is non-transferable and only available to the British Airways Executive Club Member whose birthday falls on Sunday, 25 August 2019 and have this date setup in their member profile as of 15 August 2019. No cash or credit alternatives are available. The number of Avios provided under this offer is entirely at British Airway’s discretion and can be amended at any time. British Airways can withdraw this offer for any reason and at any time.
- British Airways reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By registering, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept these Terms and Conditions and the Executive Club Terms and Conditions.
- To participate in this offer, Eligible Participants must register for the offer by following the "Get your birthday Avios" link on the promotion email, or dedicated promotion webpage on ba.com and complete the registration process on the same webpage. A message will be displayed to confirm that registration has been successful. British Airways will not be liable for any failures to register caused by technical or other issues.
- Registration must be completed by 31 August 2019 23:59 BST to be eligible for the offer.
- This offer may only be used once per person and anyone attempting to use the offer more than once or on multiple accounts will not be eligible for the offer. Once registration has been successfully completed, Avios will be credited to the British Airways Executive Club within 28 days.
- British Airways will not be liable for Avios being credited to the wrong account and British Airways will not be responsible to re-credit these Avios to the correct account if incorrect Executive Club numbers are supplied. British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions and the Avios Conditions of Use will apply.
- The winner should be aware that in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Avios Conditions of Use: if Avios Points are not earned or redeemed or purchased or transferred for 36 consecutive months, all Avios Points that have accrued to that date will expire. British Airways does not accept any liability in the event that the Eligible Winner’s Prize expires.
- The promoter is in no way liable for the reproduction of or indirect access to this promotion or these Terms and Conditions via third party web sites or home page access where any reproduction of the information relating to this promotion misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with the promotion.
- Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the promotion. This information may be shared with any other third parties reasonably involved in the promotion without liability to British Airways or such third parties.
- Participation in the promotion constitutes the winner’s (and companion’s, if applicable) consent to British Airways’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration and you confirm that you will obtain from any guest whom you invite permission for the promoters to use their name and likeness, for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials. This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
