This resort enjoys proximity to Universal’s top attractions. Complimentary shuttle buses will transport you to and from Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay. The shuttle bus also connects you to the vibrant shopping, entertainment, and dining venues of Universal CityWalk. Other shops and restaurants are nearby on the touristy International Drive, which is just steps away from the resort. Orlando International Airport is about 14 miles away.

Rooms exude a fresh feel with large windows, clean white walls, and light wooden floors with matching furniture. The colourful striped rugs, wave-inspired curtains, and surf-motif artwork fit the hotel’s overall beach theme. Standard amenities include a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge and convenient USB outlets. The lively Beach Break Cafe presents a casual food court setup. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are separate food stations that serve all manner of dishes, including breakfast sandwiches, burritos, burgers, pizzas and healthy power bowls.

You can also order light snacks and coffees from the Starbucks® coffee shop or head to the poolside Sand Bar to quench your thirst. The pool bar is very active and sociable, providing great views over the lake. A pizza delivery service to your room is available during limited hours.
