Disney Area Plus Homes offer an ideal base for families and groups to explore Orlando and its parks. These four-, five- or six-bedroom residential homes offer the freedom of self-catering and self-drive and are within easy reach of Walt Disney World® Resort. After a busy day exploring the parks, relax in front of the TV or make a splash in your own screened pool.
These homes are situated in various residential locations, each within 22 miles drive of Walt Disney World® Resort. When you check-in online five days prior to arrival, you’ll be allocated a home in either Kissimmee, Haines City, Davenport or Claremont. Depending on where you’re allocated, Orlando International Airport is between 12 and 37 miles away.
These home-away-from-home units feature a lounge with a TV for a quiet night in, and an outdoor screened pool to cool off in. Linens and towels are provided, as are household essentials such as an ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities.

Each home will have its own layout and specifications, though all include modern essentials, such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning. On arrival, you’ll receive a welcome pack with milk, coffee, tea, sugar, cereal, orange juice, bread, butter and jam. Homes will include either a games room or an outdoor Jacuzzi. To avoid disappointment, we would recommend you secure an outdoor Jacuzzi or games room prior to travel at a fee - please contact the home for more information.
Please note, pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend heating during the cooler months, from October to April.
Dining information
Disney Area Plus Homes come with a fully equipped kitchen, making them ideal for self-catering. Kitchens may include an oven/hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible by car, or you can explore the plethora of eateries situated in Orlando. Owners furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.
