COVID-19 webform


We have introduced a new COVID-19 queries webform for British Airways and Iberia bookings.

When you submit the form, you will receive an automated email with a unique reference number. You should receive a response to your query within 48 hours.

EU legislation


Refunds or reimbursement may be awarded under EU legislation for flight cancellations.

The claim form must be filled in on behalf of the person that paid for the booking.
