It's now just 3 days to go until we welcome you on a British Airways Holiday. Here are some of the key things to consider when preparing for your trip.

Before you travel

Manage my booking.

Manage my booking

■ Log-in to Manage My Booking and check your booking details before you travel.

■ Please re-familiarise yourself with the ‘essential information section’ on your ‘non-flight voucher’; this includes any operating instructions, exclusions that may apply and reconfirmation details if required. You’ll find the link to your ‘non-flight voucher(s)’ under your Booking details

■ If you’ve booked a transfer or experience you will need to present a printed copy of your ‘non-flight voucher’ to the supplier.

■ Check we have the most up to date Contact Details including your mobile number, just in case we need to contact you while you’re away.

■ You’ll soon receive an email reminding you when online check in opens.

■ You can find out all about your journey; including baggage essentials, airport information and the status of your flight by visiting ba.com

Hotels.

■ Check your ‘non-flight voucher’ and re-familiarise yourself with the essential information section. You’ll find the link to your ‘non-flight voucher(s)’ under your Hotel booking details

■ The ‘non-flight voucher’ is for your reference only, so don’t worry if you don’t have access to a printer. 

Car rental.

■ Check your ‘non-flight voucher’ and re-familiarise yourself with the essential information section. You’ll find the link to your ‘non-flight voucher(s)’ under your car rental booking details

■ The ‘non-flight voucher’ is for your reference only, so don’t worry if you don’t have access to a printer. 

■ When you collect your car, you’re likely to be offered extra insurance and/or excess waivers locally. These are optional, but please be aware that if you sign your rental agreement against such items this indicates you’ve accepted to purchase them.

■ Don’t forget that before you can collect your car, each driver will need to present a full driving licence in English and a credit card in their name.  Sufficient funds must be available to pre-authorise a security deposit, but your card will not be debited unless charges apply at the end of your rental. 

Transfers.

Transfer and/or experience

■ Print your ‘non-flight voucher’ and re-familiarise yourself with the essential information section and operating details'. You will need to present this to the supplier on arrival.

■ You’ll find the link to your ‘non-flight voucher(s)’ under your transfer or experience booking details.

■ If you’ve booked a transfer you will find confirmation of where to meet your driver, and if applicable how to reconfirm your return transfers. There won’t necessarily always be a representative to meet you and you may need to present your voucher at a specified desk at the airport.

■ For your peace of mind check passport and entry requirements before you travel.

■ If you are a UK citizen travelling to the USA you will need to arrange an ESTA (electronic visa) before you travel and have a valid e-Passport.

■ For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party have suitable travel insurance for the full duration of your holiday.
