Travelling into the UK
Mandatory tests for entering or returning to the UK
All customers entering or returning to the UK must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test at your departure airport, taken up to three days before you start your journey, and a completed Passenger Locator Form. Acceptable tests include PCR, LAMP, or Antigen tests, provided they meet the standards outlined by the UK Government.
‘Test to Release’ when you arrive in the UK
When you arrive into the UK you can join the UK Government’s ‘Test to Release’ scheme and pay for a COVID-19 test to reduce your time in self-isolation. A number of Government-approved suppliers are providing discounts for British Airways customers.
