Let the Games begin

We’re delighted to be Team GB and Paralympics GB’s official airline partner ahead of Tokyo 2020.

We’ll proudly fly hundreds of British athletes, support teams and their equipment to and from Japan this summer – along with any precious medals they may pick up for the journey home.

Our golden partnership continues

We’ve proudly supported British Olympic and Paralympic athletes for over a decade since Beijing 2008 Games.

And with a long-standing history of supporting our nation’s teams at international events, we’re experts in ensuring athletes arrive ready for action.

“We’re so proud to be the official airline of Team GB and ParalympicsGB for the fourth consecutive Games” says Carolina Martinoli, Director of Brand and Customer Experience.

“The Olympic and Paralympic Games always instil a sense of national pride and it’s an honour to fly the best of British talent in sport and be part of their journey – from start to finish.”

60 second Challenges from Team GB and ParalympicsGB

Many of us have not been able to exercise as often as we would have liked in recent months. So, we asked Tom Mitchell (Team GB Rugby 7’s captain) and Robyn Love (ParalympicsGB Wheelchair Basketball) to share some challenges to help us keep active over the next four weeks.

Week 1: Shake off jet lag (Team GB)

Week 2: Workout from your desk (ParalympicsGB)

Week 3: Serious stretching whilst you work at home (TeamGB)

Week 4: Exercise while travelling (ParalympicsGB)

Meet the athletes

The Olympic Games take place from 23 July to 8 August, featuring skateboarding, sport climbing, surfing, karate and softball for the very first time. There are also debuts for badminton and taekwondo in the Paralympic Games, which start on 24 August and come to a close on 5 September.
