If any flights within your British Airways Holidays package are cancelled due to planned industrial action from our pilots union, you may book a new British Airways Holidays package to travel at another time. If your new package meets the below criteria, you may reclaim any increase in price:

  • Same destination
  • Same duration
  • Same flight cabin(s)
  • Same party size
  • Same non-flight products (hotel, room type, board basis, car group, transfer etc)
  • New travel dates within 355 days after or any date before the scheduled departure of your original trip 
  • All new arrangements booked together in one transaction on ba.com 

Please make your new package on ba.com then submit the information below.

If your new package meets the criteria, we’ll email confirmation that the difference will be refunded to the card used to make the new booking within 14 days. Your original package will have been refunded in full.

You can make a separate claim for any prepaid seating. For more information, please visit ba.com/strike.
