For travel advice
We have put together some useful hints and tips to help keep you and your possessions safe while you’re on holiday. We also recommend visiting gov.uk/travelaware for the latest travel advice specific to your holiday destination. You can sign up for email alerts for up-to-date information.
Your baggage allowance
All of our holidays include a generous checked baggage allowance. If you’re flying with British Airways in economy you can check in one bag weighing up to 23kg. In premium economy this increases to two bags, in business you can check in two 32kg bags and in First this increases to three. Other airlines may differ.
Cancel for a refund
In the unlikely event that your flight is been cancelled, your booked accommodation has been closed, or new major travel restrictions have been introduced after your booking that prevent non-essential travel to or from your destination you can request to cancel a British Airways Holidays booking for a full refund.
