Testing positive for COVID-19

Please note: This form is for British Airways Holidays bookings (Flight + Hotel and/or Flight + Car packages or Hotel only bookings) made for travel to be completed by 30 September 2022. Bookings for travel on or after 1 October 2022 are subject to standard amendment and cancellation terms. Please use the alternative voucher form for British Airways flight only bookings.


If you or another individual on your booking or a member of your immediate household tests positive for COVID-19 less than 2 weeks before your outbound flight, you can submit a request to cancel your original booking and exchange it for a voucher, which can be used to make another booking for travel up to 30 September 2023.

Please submit your request via the form below prior to the check-in time of your outbound flight. You will need to upload supporting evidence of a positive COVID-19 test result which you received no more than 48 hours before the request is submitted.

This must be a PCR test or supervised lateral flow antigen device test from an approved supplier (not a NHS COVID-19 Self-Test Rapid Antigen Test lateral flow or LAMP test kit) which is identifiable as belonging to you/somebody on your booking or from your household and shows the date the test was taken.
