  1. Only bookings created as Flight + Hotel or Flight + Car, collectively referred to as a “holiday package” or any two products booked via our ‘Customise Your Trip’ tool - this can exclude a flight – are eligible to be confirmed using a deposit payment.
  2. Flight only, hotel only, car only and experience only bookings, and any hotel, car or experiences added to a flight only booking are excluded from this offer.
  3. Eligible bookings are subject to a minimum booking value and the minimum deposit payment varies based on the value of your booking as follows:
  4. Booking value is between £300-£999: pay a minimum £120 deposit per booking
  5. Booking value is between £1,000-£2,999: pay a minimum £150 deposit per booking
  6. Booking value is between £3,000-£3,999: pay a minimum £200 deposit per booking
  7. Booking value is between £4,000-£5,499: pay a minimum £250 deposit per booking
  8. Booking value is between £5,500-£6,499: pay a minimum £300 deposit per booking
  9. Booking value is between £6,500-£7,499: pay a minimum £350 deposit per booking
  10. Booking value is between £7,500-£7,999: pay a minimum £400 deposit per booking
  11. Booking value is between £8,000-£8,499: pay a minimum £450 deposit per booking
  12. Booking value is between £8,500-£8,999: pay a minimum £500 deposit per booking
  13. Booking value is between £9,000-£9,499: pay a minimum £600 deposit per booking
  14. Booking value is between £9,500-£9,999: pay a minimum £750 deposit per booking
  15. Booking value is between £10,000-£12,499: pay a minimum £1250 deposit per booking
  16. Booking value is between £12,500-£14,999: pay a minimum £1500 deposit per booking
  17. Booking value is between £15,000-£19,999: pay a minimum £2500 deposit per booking
  18. Booking value is between £20,000-£29,999: pay a minimum £3500 deposit per booking
  19. You must pay the minimum amount at time of booking. The balance can be subsequently paid in as many instalments as required.
  20. Paying a deposit fully confirms your booking.
  21. The full balance is required no later than three weeks before departure. Once your booking is confirmed, see ‘Manage my Booking’ for the exact date.
  22. The deposit amount is not refundable in the event that you decide to cancel your booking. Some exceptions may apply.
  23. Terms and conditions applicable to your booking will be displayed to you during the booking process.
