The outdoor pool runs parallel to a sun terrace which is lined with loungers, parasols, tables, and chairs. Here you can cool off in the pool, and savour light snacks and drinks from the bar. There's also a children's pool to satisfy younger families.

Indoors, you will find an additional temperate-controlled pool in the spa. Although on the smaller side, it features power jets which make it more suitable for relaxation. At the spa you can detox in the sauna or Turkish Bath, before experiencing a soothing facial, body massage or holistic treatment.

The spa is also home to a small gym. You can schedule fitness class – including yoga, Pilates, and aqua aerobics – at the hotel’s reception desk. On the property there’s also a small games room with a pool table and a lesser-known rooftop terrace which is ideal for sunbathing. 

Dining information

Magnólia Restaurant is a modern buffet-style affair. In the mornings, the breakfast includes a variety of cakes, breads, cheeses, meats, fruits and omelettes – while there’s a choice of vegetarian and gluten-free options too. Dinners offer an array of Mediterranean inspired dishes such as fresh fish and meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, salads, and desserts. Watch your food being prepared at the show cooking station. Flavors features a beautiful terrace next to the pool bar, where you can choose from the a la carte lunch and dinner menu.

In the daytime, the Bar runs a coffee shop service or head to the Magnolia Rooftop Bar for light snacks, regional wines and colourful cocktails. Theme shows, such as Madeira Island Folklore, are performed either here or at the Magnólia Restaurant in the evenings.
