Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel - Prague

Located near Prague Castle, Augustine is one of Europe's truly remarkable boutique hotels. It is based in a monastery, close to the Charles Bridge and boasts some of the largest luxury hotel rooms in Prague.

Augustine hotel's seven buildings date from the 13th to 15th centuries. The cloistered terraces and vaults of St Thomas' Monastery have been carefully incorporated to reflect the hotel's special location in a quiet part of the Lesser Town, with an area retained by the practising Augustinian monks.

Augustine hotel's elegant and spacious guest rooms all offer stunning views of Prague Castle, the monastery chapel, or courtyards. Inspired by the history of the building, the colour scheme reflects the Augustinian Order and features contemporary Czech Cubism furnishings popular in Prague during the 1920’s and 30’s.

For relaxation, the hotel’s Augustine Spa features four treatment rooms, as well as a hammam offering special heat treatments, a sauna, steam room, relaxation area and fully-equipped gym. Guests are also able to enjoy exclusive tours of the St Thomas Church’s magnificent private library.
