• Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king or queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people. They may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom. Villa occupancy rates are as follows:- 3 bedroom properties: maximum of 6 guests.- 4 bedroom properties: maximum of 8 guests.- 5 bedroom properties: maximum of 10 guests.- 6 bedroom properties: maximum of 12 guests. Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be prepaid at the time of booking

• Pool Heating - available and can be added at the time of booking, it is recommended during the months of October - May.

Dining information

All homes have a fully fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or dining out in Orlando is an attractive option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.

Optional extras include high chairs, cots and BBQs. You can also purchase a food pack for an additional cost, please see the various packs available below;

Bronze Food Pack - fresh milk (small), tea, coffee, sugar, white bread, butter, bacon, 6 fresh eggs, strawberry jam, cereal, fresh orange juice, cookies, water, soda 1 litre, medium crisps.

Silver Food Pack - same as bronze pack plus upgrade to medium milk, brown bread, fresh donuts, hot dogs, hot dog buns, fresh sliced ham, cheese, Heinz Tomato sauce, mustard, salt/pepper, beer (6), bottle red & white wine.

Gold Food Pack - same as silver pack plus upgrade to large milk, fresh sausages, upgrade to 12 eggs, fresh salad pack, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, coleslaw, potato salad, mayonnaise, large pizza, whole cooked chicken, children's dairy dessert, large crisps, upgrade to 12 beers (no wine).

English Breakfast food pack – British sausages (1lb packet), British bacon (1lb packet), British style bread (1 loaf), Heinz Baked Beans (1 tin), eggs (dozen), milk (1/2 gallon), PG Tips tea (40 count box) and Robinsons Orange Squash (1 bottle).

Taste of Home food pack – milk chocolate digestives (300g packet), Hobnobs (300g packet), custard creams (150g packet), Jammie Dodgers (140g packet), Tunnocks Caramel Wafers (4 pack), cherry bakewells (6 pack), Robinsons Orange Squash (1 bottle) & PG Tips tea (40 count box).
