Six outdoor swimming pools – with an additional heated pool indoors, and a beach (beach towels are provided in room), are joined by six children’s pools and the Creta Maris Waterpark, featuring five slides, an aqua tower with games and a spray action zone. You’ll also find a spa, offering face and body treatments and wet facilities (a 15% discount is applied to all spa services and you can enjoy one complimentary 15-minute spa extension (applies to treatments over 45 minutes)). A wide range of sporting facilities will keep you active, from a water sports centre, to tennis courts, basketball and mini football courts, a mini-golf court, table-tennis, beach volleyball, and a fitness centre.

For the whole family, the Cine Creta Maris open-air theatre (you’ll receive two free tickets per person per stay from June until September), day activities for adults and kids (six days per week), dancing lessons, Greek language lessons, a mini disco (six times a week), as well as a baby room with toys (parental supervision is mandatory), kids’ club (4 to 11 years) and teen club (12 to 15 years, available July to August), are available to keep all ages entertained.

A late departure room, mini market, a jewellery shop and boutique are also on-site for your convenience.  

Dining information

The main restaurant, Cosmos, serves international and Mediterranean buffet cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Maris building (an early breakfast is available when requested one day in advance). Almyra restaurant also offers three meals each day, with the option of an a la carte dinner. For Mediterranean dining in the Terra building, choose Estia, offering breakfast, brunch, lunch and an Italian buffet dinner (available six nights per week). If you’re hanging out at the waterpark, the kitchen and bar serves snacks, salads, pizzas, burgers refreshments and beers (open May to September), or if you’re relaxing by the main pool, Snack Point provides snacks and hot dogs. For a special dinner, make a reservation at Cochlias for sea front buffet barbecue dining, at Platia for Greek cuisine by the old chapel in the Terra building (open six nights per week), or at Pithos for a traditional Cretan tavern experience with organic produce (open six nights per week).Candlelit dinner experiences are also available for an exclusive meal beside the sea – choose from a range of menus, including romantic, summer sunset and seafood selections (reservations required and additional charges apply).

Seven bars, including one by the open-air cinema and a disco, offer refreshments around the resort.

Please be aware that each food and beverage outlet is subject to specific operating times, weather and occupancy. A dress code applies in all restaurants at dinner – beachwear, sportswear and flipflops are not permitted.
