Make your business travel budget go further

Please follow these steps to access your Member discount:

1. Log in to your account at onbusiness.britishairways.com.
2. Click on 'Book flights' tab and select 'Buy flights'
3. Search for return flights to one of the destinations currently on offer and click ‘Get flights’
4. Choose ‘Discounted prices (search On Business discounts)’ as your booking type
5. Continue with your booking as normal

Please note that not all fare cabins are eligible for the extra discount. If you want to check whether you are booking the correct booking class as specified in Terms and Conditions, you can do so when clicking on the flight number, e.g. British Airways BA00100 and the fare class will be displayed.

Alternatively let your Travel Agent know which class you would like to book.

1. Who is eligible for the On Business discount?

All current On Business Members are eligible and can benefit from the Member-only discounts every time they book through their Member portal at onbusiness.britishairways.com or via their travel agent by requesting an eligible fare from the fare codes listed in Terms and Conditions.
Please note the discount can only be booked for selected return British Airways flights departing from UK to above specified destinations.

2. Which fare classes are eligible for this promotion?

Only the fare classes specified in Terms and Conditions are eligible for the promotion:

• First – A fare classes
• Business (Club World) -  C, D, R fare classes
• Premium economy (World Traveller Plus) – W and selected E fare classes
• Economy (World Traveller) - Y, B fare classes

3. Can I collect On Business Points on the On Business discounted flights? 

No, Members will not earn On Business Points when booking flights with On Business discount. If you’d prefer to earn points instead, please select ‘Standard prices (earn On Business points)’ as your booking type when making a booking through the Member portal.

4. How often will the destinations featuring 10% discount change?

We will try to refresh the list of discounted routes bi-monthly or at least once a quarter.

5. I am not yet a Member, how can I get the On Business discounts on flights?

As soon as you sign up to On Business, you’re entitled to our Member-only discounts. Join On Business.

1. To take advantage of the 10% discount, flights must be booked between 00:01 GMT on 09 January 2020 and 23:59 GMT on 3 April 2020.
2. The 10% discount is only open to Travelling Employees (members and/or employees of a company that has a valid On Business membership number). A travelling Employee is entitled to the applicable discount on the fare, excluding taxes, fees and carrier charges, when available.
3. On Business membership Terms and Conditions apply and can be found on onbusiness.britishairways.com. British Airways Plc ("BA") reserves the right to verify the eligibility.
4. This discount is available on:
4.1 Selected return flights only in eligible cabins on British Airways / American Airlines (“AA”) operated flights, marketed by British Airways / AA departing from served GB airports including LON to selected offer destinations to USA, Canada and Mexico:

• Mexico City (MEX)
• Montreal (YMQ)

4.2 Selected return flights only in eligible cabins on British Airways operated flights, marketed by British Airways, departing from served GB airports including LON to selected offer destinations:

• Cape Twon (CPT)

• Dubai (DXB)
• Muscat (MCT)
• Sao Paulo (SAO)
• Tel Aviv (TLV)

5. Discount qualifying flights on British Airways marketed and operated service are flights in the following travel cabins and booking fares:

• Economy (World Traveller) - Y, B fare classes

Please be advised that not all fare cabins listed at ba.com are eligible for this offer. When booking via a travel agent, please request an eligible fare from the fare codes listed above.

6. Fare conditions, including permission to change or refund, and any associated fees, will be listed in the Terms and Conditions of the booking made, either on the airline website or through a participating travel agent.
7. Discount has no cash value, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered.
