How to collect Avios with Mandarin Oriental Hotels

There is no separate hotel loyalty programme for you to join.

  1. When making your booking quote your Executive Club membership number and present you membership card when you check in to your hotel.
  2. The Executive Club number quoted and name must match with what’s held in your membership profile to qualify for Avios.
  3. Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account.
