Plemmirio Terrace Restaurant serves daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a breezy light lunch here with a Sicilian menu on offer in the afternoons. In the evenings, savour the favours of the Mediterranean, with an alternative menu serving up locally inspired dishes. You can also order from an all-day dining menu featuring classics like club sandwiches, fresh salads and burgers. Served 24-hours a day, you can order to your room, on the beach and by the pool.

The Minareto houses three bars but dependant on weather conditions, only two will be open at any one time. The Lobby Bar and Pool Bar open interchangeably. In the Lobby Bar you can enjoy a rich selection of cocktails and delicious appetisers. At the Pool Bar you can take it easy waterside on one of the chaise lounges and order from a menu of refreshing beverages and snacks. Head to the Ortigia Terrace come sundown to capture the perfect sun set moments. Here, you’ll find a special bar service offering signature cocktails or exclusive Etna wine.
