The resort’s eight swimming pools include a large freeform pool with a swim-up bar and a fabulous infinity pool overlooking the beachfront. There’s also a 16-person whirlpool with breathtaking sea views. You can soak up the sun from a poolside lounger, or follow the palm-studded pathways to the beach, where you’ll find plenty more sunbeds and palapa umbrellas.

Take a break from the sun at the Secrets Spa by Pevonia, indulging in invigorating treatments for a supplementary charge. The spa comprises 19 massage rooms, a hydrotherapy area, a steam room and a beauty salon. There’s also a modern fitness centre equipped with treadmills, spinning bikes, cross trainers, benches, free weights and more.

Exciting on-site activities include tennis, mini-golf, volleyball, yoga and fitness classes. Alternatively, you can learn Spanish, practice your dance moves and attend cooking workshops on site. A laidback gaming area features a ping-pong table and a giant chess set, and the concierge team can organise guided snorkelling excursions and scuba diving trips, subject to additional charges. In the evenings, you can enjoy live entertainment at the open-air theatre.

Extensive dining options at Secrets Silversands Riviera encompass a choice of seven a la carte restaurants, a buffet-style restaurant, a beachside grill and a cafe. Start the day at World Café, which serves international buffet fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alternatively, grab a coffee and pastry at the Coco Café (which also offers late-night bites), or head to the Barefoot Grill at lunchtime for barbequed delights.

You can savour fresh seafood dishes at Oceana or the Seaside Grill, both of which are open for lunch and dinner. Open for dinner only, Ratatouille specialises in Mediterranean cuisine, while Portofino’s menu encapsulates the flavours of Italy. You can also dine at El Patio, an authentic Mexican-style restaurant, or soak up the elegant ambience at Bordeaux, the resort’s French-inspired offering. Don’t miss Himitsu either, where you can order delicious, pan-Asian dishes with a contemporary twist.

Quench your thirst at seven bars, whether it’s at the beachside bar, swim-up bar, pool bar or outdoor lounge. In the evening, you can order drinks at the theatre bar, Showtime, or relax with your favourite cocktail in the lobby bar. Desires is a sports bar which transforms into a music lounge during the evening.

As part of the all-inclusive package, you can take advantage of the Sip, Savor & See offering. This entitles you to enjoy a complimentary dinner, drinks and live evening entertainment at nearby participating AMResorts, including Secrets, Breathless, Dreams, Now and Sunscape Resorts& Spas. 

Additional information

Most restaurants have a casual dress code. This means that you can wear long shorts, sandals and trainers. Swimwear must remain covered, and men should wear shirts with sleeves. The formal dress code at Bordeaux means that men are expected to wear full-length trousers, collared shirts and dress shoes. Women can wear blouses, shirts, trousers or dresses with dress shoes.

We strongly recommend that transfers are booked in this destination. Transfers must be booked as additional items, for which separate vouchers will be required.
