Situated on the coastline in front of Palm Jumeriah, the resort is 650 metres from Dubai Harbour, and half a mile from Dubai Marina Walk. Mall of the Emirates is under five miles away, and The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are around 13 miles away – or half an hour by car. It’s also located next to The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina and Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark, and you’ll have access to their resort restaurants and facilities. Dubai International Airport is 22 miles from the resort.

The W brand is known for modern, fun décor, and this venture is no exception. You’ll find a contemporary take on a bohemian, Arabian scheme throughout, starting from the amazing lobby area, where snakeskin-effect desks are sat under an over-sized beaded dome, on top of a mosaic reptile-skin effect floor. On the other side of the lobby, a Persian-style carpet hangs on the wall and fragments into illuminated jewels on the ceiling. Rooms enjoy a dusky pink, ochre and cobalt blue theme, with spacious bathrooms featuring striking turquoise tiling, with internal windows looking to the bedroom, allowing natural light in. Walk-in wardrobes hidden behind blush voiles, illuminated vanity stations, recessed room lighting, W MixBars with cocktail recipe books and richly textured fabrics give an indulgent feel. Each upgrade offers progressively higher floors, meaning better views. Fantastic rooms and suites are located on floors 3 to 9, Marvelous rooms 10 to 19, and Spectacular rooms from floor 20 to 30. Upgrade to a Spectacular Room or any suite to benefit from W-IP Access, which includes two hours of unlimited drinks and canapés served in the Farrago Lounge daily between 17:00 and 19:00 (subject to a minimum length of stay requirement).

The patterned infinity pool is bordered by day beds and overlooks a 700-metre private beach from its elevated position. Socialising and pampering go hand-in-hand at Bar-B Spa, where cocktails join a menu of treatments including facials and massages. Manicures and pedicures are available too, the latter performed in front of palm-print wallpaper, with gold tap footbaths. Fitness fans will enjoy cardio equipment, weights and a resistance training area at the Club Mina Gym. There’s a sauna and steam room, too.

You’ll also be able to access facilities at neighbouring resorts The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina and Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark. This includes a water sports centre, a selection of extra pools, and a water park.

Five Iron Golf, is an indoor golf club and simulator located at the adjacent sister hotel The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. The venue features 17 advanced simulators, a restaurant by an award-winning chef, four bars, a nine-hole mini golf course, an indoor putting green, augmented reality darts, and various table games.

Dining information

Open from early morning until late at night, Ginger Moon offers DJ sets along with indoor dining, surrounded by lots of wicker, natural woods and a plant wall, or outdoors on the bright terrace. Farrago offers outdoor seating under the shade of oversized tagine lids as well as its own Al Hakawati (traditional Arabic storyteller) mixologist. Indoors, it features tropical wallpaper, dark marble flooring and leopard motifs by the royal blue bar, while the other side sits underneath pink mood lighting and a circular mauve banquette, topped with a deer sculpture. Several other nooks, each with their own scheme, give intimate seating options in the large space. You’ll find refreshments and tunes played into the early hours here.

Half board includes breakfast with a choice of lunch or dinner per day. Full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner per day. You may choose one starter, one main course and one dessert from the a la carte menu. Children under 12 dine from a kids’ menu. Dishes with a supplement charge are highlighted on the menu. Mini bar, in-room dining, Conservatory, Latitude, and venues at W Dubai and Mina Seyahi are not included in the meal plans and will be charged to guest room account upon consumption. Participating restaurants include Mina’s Kitchen, El Sur, BABA (12+), SUI MUI, Bussola “Fine Dining”, Bussola Pizzeria, Mare by Bussola (16+), Fish, Latest Recipe, Barasti (21+), Bounty Beets. Participating restaurants are subject to change. Supplement charges apply for special events (brunches & selected theme nights).

Half Board can only be utilized for breakfast and lunch on the 31st of December. Full board is not available during Christmas (24th & 25th December) and New Year (31st December & 1st January).
