Applying for a refund
If you are due to travel in the next 28 days and your holiday cannot go ahead as planned due to unavoidable circumstances shown in the form below, you can apply for a full refund. Refunds can also be claimed at any time if you have been notified of a cancellation or significant change to a flight that forms part of your British Airways Holidays booking.
