Please re-familiarise yourself with the 'essential information section' on your 'non-flight voucher'; this includes any operating instructions, exclusions that may apply and reconfirmation details if required. You'll find the link to your 'non-flight voucher(s)' under your Booking Details.
If you've booked a hotel or car hire the 'non-flight voucher' is for your reference only, so don't worry if you don't have access to a printer.
If you've booked a transfer or experience you will need to present a printed copy of your 'non-flight voucher' to the supplier.
Check we have the most up to date Contact Details including your mobile number, just in case we need to contact you while you're away.

When you collect your car, you’re likely to be offered extra insurance and/or excess waivers locally. These are optional, but please be aware that if you sign your rental agreement against such items this indicates you’ve accepted to purchase them.
Don’t forget that before you can collect your car, each driver will need to present a full driving licence in English and a credit card in their name. Sufficient funds must be available to pre-authorise a security deposit, but your card will not be debited unless charges apply at the end of your rental.

If you’ve booked a transfer you will find confirmation of where to meet your driver, and if applicable how to reconfirm your return transfers. There won’t necessarily always be a representative to meet you and you may need to present your voucher at a specified desk at the airport.
