You do not need to be a member of the hotel loyalty programme to collect Avios.

Make a reservation with Preferred Hotel Group

How to collect Avios with Preferred Hotel Group

  1. Please provide your Executive Club membership number at time of check in at participating Preferred Hotel Group properties.
  2. The Executive Club number quoted and your name must match what’s held in your membership profile.
  3. Your Executive Club account will be credited with the applicable Avios approximately four to six weeks after your stay.
  4. If the Avios do not show on your account within six weeks, please email
  5. Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account.
  6. If you want to claim missing Avios, your reservation must have been booked via Preferred Hotel Group brand websites, Preferred call centers, or travel agents using a Global Distribution System.
  7. You can claim Avios for qualifying stays up to 6 months after the departure date from a participating hotel. To request claim missing Avios, please fax the hotel invoice and your request to: +1 312 913 1312, for the attention of: Frequent Flyer Retro Claim Desk. You can also email your request to
