• Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king or queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom.

• Villa occupancy rates are as follows:- 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 8 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people.

• Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.

• Homes are allocated on arrival. Subject to availability these homes include either a Games Room or a Spa. To avoid disappointment, we would recommend you secure a Spa or Games Room prior to travel at a fee - please contact the home for more information.

Dining information

All Disney Area Platinum Homes have a fully fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or dining out in Orlando is an attractive option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications: therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.
