On Business Programme Enhancement

Previously, upgrading a booking using On Business Points could only be done if the booking was made direct with British Airways. We’ve enhanced this functionality so that bookings made by your Travel Agent can also be upgraded using your On Business Points*.

*Taxes, fees and carrier charges apply

Upgrades with On Business Points are available for flights that are operated by British Airways and booked under a British Airways prime flight code.

To upgrade a booking using On Business Points call your On Business Service Centre.

Please note this must be prior to checking in and at least four hours before departure.
