1. Who is eligible for the double On Business Points offer?
All current On Business Members are eligible for this offer, except those who still qualify for the Triple Points Welcome offer, as this will take preference.

3. Can I collect points on my frequent flyer programme (e.g. Avios as part of the Executive Club) as well as On Business Points?
Yes, you and other Company travellers can earn Avios for individual use and On Business Points for the Company simultaneously. Just insert both airline frequent flyer number as well as On Business membership number when making a booking.
4. How does my company earn double On Business Points?
Just make sure every Company traveller enters the Company’s On Business membership number (in a format: ‘OB12345678’) when booking an eligible flight. Alternatively, give it to your Nominated Travel Agent, so that your Company can collect On Business Points.
5. Which fares are eligible for earning On Business points?
You can earn On Business Points on qualifying flights booked through On Business online dashboard, ba.com or via your Nominated Travel Agent, operated by British Airways, American Airlines and Iberia and all eligible partners. The eligible fares are listed in Terms and Conditions, section 2.2.1.
6. How will the bonus On Business Points be awarded?
Once you have travelled, we will award points for qualifying flights within 14 days as normal. The double On Business Points earned will apply to your base On Business Points. All bonus points awarded will automatically be credited at the same time as the base points.
7. I have not activated/registered for the offer before booking my flight. Can I claim bonus double On Business points on flights completed before activating the offer?
No, the offer must be activated first. Only the flights booked after the successful activation, for travel by 31 December 2019, are eligible to earn double On Business Points.
1. Eligibility and Activation
1.1 This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a selected member and/or employee of a company that has a valid On Business membership number (On Business membership Terms and Conditions apply and can be found on onbusiness.britishairways.com.
1.2 On Business members who enrolled and are still eligible for the global Triple Points promotion on first 6 sectors flown are not Eligible Participants.
1.3 British Airways Plc ("BA") reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they unconditionally accept the Terms and Conditions set out below.

2. Qualifying Flights
2.1 Bonus On Business Points will only be awarded on flights that are eligible to earn the base points as per the On Business Terms and Conditions (the "Eligible Service(s)"). The bonus points will be awarded on top of the number of base points (excluding any Tier bonus points earned) that would ordinarily be awarded to flights on the same route and class as the Qualifying Flight.
2.2 A Qualifying Flight is any Eligible Service marketed by British Airways and operated by British Airways in one of the following travel classes and booking fares:
2.2.2 any Eligible Service marketed by British Airways and operated by American Airlines ("AA") in one of the following travel classes and booking fares:
2.2.3 any Eligible Service marketed by British Airways and operated by Iberia ("IB") in one of the following travel classes and booking fares:
2.2.4 any Eligible Service marketed by British Airways and operated by BA CityFlyer or a British Airways franchisee being Comair or Sun Air.
2.3 Please be advised that not all fare types are eligible for this promotion. To check you are purchasing a ticket for an Eligible Service for this promotion, when booking on ba.com, please (1) choose your flight and cabin, (2) click “Select” under the cabin type and (3) click on the "Flight details" in the "Review your flights" section of the "Confirm Flights" page of ba.com, where the fare classes will be displayed. When booking via a travel agent, please request an eligible fare from the fare codes listed above.
2.4 On Business Points are not earned on discounted fares or other fare types including, but not limited to consolidator, Private fares, corporate discounted fares, inclusive tour tickets (IT/BT), AD/ID or other special discounted fare types.
2.5 The promotion applies to travel on flights marketed by British Airways and operated by American Airlines, Iberia, BA CityFlyer and British Airways franchisees: Comair and Sun Air. Any other code share partners or oneworld® Alliance members are not included.
2.6 The Qualifying Flights must be:
2.7 Eligible Participants will earn Double On Business Points for each Qualifying Flight Sector completed, up to a maximum of the first 10 Qualifying Flight Sectors.
2.8 Each Qualifying Flight Sector is 1 individual direct flight. A direct return (or round trip) flight, for example London-New York-London, will count as 2 Qualifying Flight Sectors. A return flight (or round trip) flight with connection, for example Paris-London-New York-London-Paris, will count as 4 Qualifying Flight Sectors.
3. Reward
3.1 Eligible Participants will earn double On Business Points for each Qualifying Flight completed, up to a maximum of the first 10 Qualifying Flight Sectors.
3.2 Bonus Points will be earned in accordance with the On Business standard Terms and Conditions. All Bonus Points awarded will automatically be credited at the same time as the base points.
3.3 Taxes, fees, and carrier charges and surcharges remain payable on all reward flights and reward flight upgrades.
4. Availability
4.1 Qualifying Flights are subject to availability and capacity control in the booking classes eligible for this promotion at the time of booking. British Airways does not accept any responsibility in the event that Eligible Participants are unable to book a Qualifying Flight.
5. Change of travel arrangements
5.1 Eligible Participants who change their travel arrangements after the date of booking will not be eligible for the reward unless their revised travel arrangements also qualify under the Terms and Conditions of this promotion. Eligible Participants should be aware that any change to their booking may incur a fee, details of which can be found online at ba.com.
5.2 Eligible Participants that cancel a Qualifying Flight (or any sector thereof) will not be awarded with the bonus Points that relate to that Qualifying Flight (or sector).
6. Disclaimers & Notices
6.1 This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or deal, including but not limited to redemption bookings or upgrades.
6.2 All passengers are carried by British Airways in accordance with its General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage (copies of which are available on ba.com, at "Legal" – "General Conditions of Carriage") and its Notice and Conditions of Contract as stated on each ticket or itinerary as provided.
6.3 This promotion and any reward flight booked pursuant to it is subject to the On Business Terms and Conditions. Terms defined in the On Business Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning assigned to them in these Terms and Conditions, which will apply in the event of any conflict.
6.4 British Airways reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion without notice in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond our reasonable control.
6.5 British Airways is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party website or homepage access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions of this promotion.
6.6 This promotion and any other non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
6.7 Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail if there is any conflict between these and the promotional materials.
