A smarter way to travel

A few examples of how we simplify and speed up your journey through the airport are:

  • Self-service Bag Drop desks at London Heathrow and Gatwick
  • Self-boarding gates using facial recognition technology

Lounge updates

We're revamping all lounges at London Heathrow Terminal 5 and have already started with the Concorde Room earlier this year. More improvements to our lounges around the world will follow, including Aberdeen, Rome, Geneva, San Francisco, Johannesburg, Manchester and Chicago.

Wi-Fi in the sky

Starting this year with selected long haul Boeing 747s, we will fit our planes with the latest generation Wi-Fi. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet or laptop to send and receive messages, listen to music online, stream videos, post pictures and a lot more.
