Club Europe on UK domestic flights
You can now travel in business class within the UK and take advantage of the full benefits it offers, such as more checked bags, Fast Track security and departures lounges where available.
Executive Club Members can also collect more Avios and Tier Points than in economy.
A smarter way to travel
A few examples of how we simplify and speed up your journey through the airport are:
- Self-service Bag Drop desks at London Heathrow and Gatwick
- Self-boarding gates using facial recognition technology
More to follow soon including a streamlined flight connections area at Heathrow Terminal 5.
From your doorstep to your destination
Let AirPortr pick up your bags from your London location and check them in for your flight with the AirPortr + Bag Check-In service, exclusive to British Airways customers.
Available for the wider London area and flights departing from Heathrow, Gatwick or London City, except flights within the UK and from London City to New York JFK.
A new JFK is taking flight
Over the next two years we're investing $67million (£52m) to bring you an improved journey when travelling through New York JFK Terminal 7.
An entirely new experience awaits you from the moment you check in, as you go through security, relax in the lounges and when you board your plane.
Offering more space than before and direct access to the gate, you can enjoy views over the city's skyline in our contemporary new lounge.
Sip a drink at the U-shaped bar, savour a delicious dinner in the stylish restaurant or, if you really have to, finish that presentation for work in the quiet study area.
We're revamping all lounges at London Heathrow Terminal 5 and have already started with the Concorde Room earlier this year. More improvements to our lounges around the world will follow, including Aberdeen, Rome, Geneva, San Francisco, Johannesburg, Manchester and Chicago.
Wi-Fi in the sky
Starting this year with selected long haul Boeing 747s, we will fit our planes with the latest generation Wi-Fi. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet or laptop to send and receive messages, listen to music online, stream videos, post pictures and a lot more.
