If your evidence and voucher request meets our eligibility criteria, you can consider your booking as cancelled and can disregard any further communications related to your holiday from us (e.g. check in messages/deposit reminders). If it doesn't (e.g. the evidence is insufficient or the notice period was not met etc.) we'll email you within 7 days.
If successful you will receive your voucher, (in the form of voucher credit) by email within 14 days of application.
