Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa is an award-winning Premium all-inclusive resort, enjoying an oceanfront setting on St. Lucia's south coast. The resort provides an idyllic retreat for adults within the Harmony area, while the Splash section is dedicated to family fun with a kids’ club and the island’s largest waterpark – grown-ups can unwind in whichever section matches their mood. The resort grounds boast a total of five sparkling pools – two exclusively for adults – alongside an oceanfront spa with 12 treatment rooms, a fitness room and endless entertainment for all the family. Younger guests can make a splash at the waterpark, complete with water slides and a lazy river. Plus, you’ll find plenty of dining and drink options too, with a total of 10 eateries and seven sleek bars and lounge spots.
The hotel, set within 85 acres of tropical gardens, is located on St. Lucia’s southern coast beside a mile-long beach. The bustling capital of Castries is just over 30 miles from the resort, where you can shop duty free at La Place Carenage Shopping Plaza or browse Castries market from Monday to Saturday. Nearby attractions include the iconic Piton Mountains, natural sulphur springs and waterfalls. Hewanorra International Airport at Vieux Fort (UVF) is just over a mile away, with complimentary airport transfers included. Alternatively, George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU) is approximately 35 miles north of Coconut Bay, with taxi transfers available at an additional charge.
The grounds are divided into the adult-only Harmony area and family-focused Splash area, with accommodation across both bringing a contemporary Caribbean feel. In Harmony, Junior Suites pair handcrafted Saint Lucian furnishings with spa-inspired bathrooms, with ground-floor options opening onto patios and those on the floors above featuring balconies. For a little extra indulgence, opt for a Concierge Junior Suite Club Level, which comes with additional amenities and access to a dedicated check-in lounge. Over in Splash, Junior Suite accommodation is designed with families in mind, with bathtubs among the thoughtful in-room features.

Dining information
Boasting 10 dining venues and seven bars, Coconut Bay offers something for every palate, with both casual outdoor venues and formal dining. Stop by the poolside Flip Flops for favourites such as burgers, made-to-order pizza, chicken wings and much more. For lunch, visit The Jerk Treehouse, offering elevated views and a fun, flavourful menu featuring the chef’s secret jerk spicy sauce on juicy pork and chicken, with fresh-baked side dishes, fresh-squeezed sugar cane juice or coconut water. There’s also an international buffet at Coconut Walk Marketplace, with live cooking stations at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Come evening, there’s a varied line-up of a la carte restaurants. Silk serves modern Asian cuisine, while Calabash is the resort’s Caribbean speciality restaurant showcasing steaks, seafood and island cuisine. Alternatively, Trattoria’s casual, family-friendly outdoor setting is the place for Italian favourites – with a children’s menu. Seasons Veggie Bistro shines with signature dishes such as grilled seasonal vegetable skewers and crispy mushroom and spinach manicotti, while Veranda offers adult-only alfresco dining with ocean views. You’ll find the romantic La Luna located beside the ocean, making it a fitting spot for a special celebration dinner. For an elevated dining experience, adults can head to The Greathouse, situated at sister resort Serenity at Coconut Bay. Set within a Saint Lucian grand mansion, this restaurant serves a gourmet menu and an extensive wine list. Additional charges apply at La Luna and The Greathouse.
The resort also hosts two weekly themed nights, a country western night on Tuesdays and the atmospheric Caribbean carnival night on Saturdays. These nights feature live musicians and entertainment, barbecues and buffets, with alfresco dining around the pool deck.
The intimate Lobby Bar features a 360-degree service area. Settle in beside the stylish fire pits and enjoy the sunset, grab refreshments from the swim-up bars or kick off your flip flops and hop on the swings at the lively Paradise Beach Bar with ocean views. You’ll also find the Peter Johns Rum Bar with a rooftop terrace and other venues offering silent disco nights and sing-a-longs throughout the week.
Please note that the full choice of restaurants is not available on themed nights. Reservations are required for the a la carte restaurants and can be made upon arrival, subject to availability. Guests staying in Concierge Junior Suite accommodation can request reservations within a week of arrival by completing the resort’s pre-arrival form.
