Overview

Aethos Sardinia is a family-owned village resort, which is surrounded by the aquamarine waters and sandy beaches of Sardinia’s Emerald Coast. This charming hotel overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and Caprera island. You can take advantage of the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service to nearby Barca Bruciata Beach, and the seaside town of Cannigione is just a mile away, offering authentic restaurants and numerous shops. The hotel is an ideal base for exploring the wider Gullara region – including the exclusive yachting marina and white sand beaches of Porto Cervo, around 11 miles away, and the extraordinary landscapes of the Maddalena Archipelago National Park, which you can reach on the hotel’s Bon Aria yacht. The rooms and suites each feature a private terrace or balcony overlooking the Arzachena Gulf. The lunch and dinner menus include a variety of Mediterranean dishes, and you can try local wines and aperitifs at the restaurant’s lounge bar.

Meanwhile, Ulia specialises in authentic Sardinian cuisine, while the hotel-owned La Colti Farm is set in an original farmhouse, just a few minutes away. It’s here that you can savour regional Gallurese fare, prepared with fresh organic produce from the farm. Meanwhile, The Cutter Lounge & Restaurant serves light meals and drinks on a veranda along Cannigione Beach. Private dining experiences are also available at Acqua Di Mare, on the water’s edge, and on board the resort’s BonAria yacht.
