The tempting menu includes dishes such as blue lobster, steamed turbot, artichoke salad, cheese souffle and a potato crisp with mascarpone ice cream. It's here you can also enjoy a Parisian-style Sunday brunch. Don’t miss L’Abysse Monte-Carlo, a two Michelin starred restaurant plating up a unique blend of French and Japanese dishes.

Opposite the hotel, Jardin Belle Epoque by Perrier Jouet offers a lounge and champagne experience alongside the verdant setting of the Square Beaumarchais. In the evenings, Gustave whips up iconic cocktails, rare spirits and finger food alongside live music.
