Rock music fans will want to visit the KISS Monster Mini Golf, which has a glow in the dark course.

Las Vegas is home to fantastic shops, stalls and malls with plenty of opportunities to shop ‘til you drop. Luxury avenues, like the Via Bellagio, offer the upscale boutiques of Chanel, Gucci and Dior. Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood boasts 170 stores and the Grand Canal at The Venetian, has singing Gondoliers to serenade shoppers. Or for a more unique experience, head down to the Downtown Container Park for shopping, food and live music.

Las Vegas boasts some fantastic restaurants, as more and more celebrity chefs are setting up shop. Gordon Ramsey’s brilliant BurGR at Planet Hollywood serves up the perfect burger. But those in the know head Downtown, where the hipsters have made their own – don’t miss a trip to Carson Kitchen, to relax on their roof garden.

The Cosmopolitan has a fantastic contemporary art programme including Art-o-Mat (cigarette machine converted to sell miniature pieces of art). Whilst the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art caters for admirers of the classics. You’ll also find modern classics at Nevada’s largest arts space, Art Encounter, and the wonderful Art Factory will give performance fans something to think about.

From the Mob Museum to the eerie graveyard of the old casino signs, the Neon Museum, there are some strange and quirky museums in Las Vegas. Check out the Erotic Heritage Museum for a few titillating stories of Vegas, or the National Atomic Testing Museum to learn more about Nevada’s nuclear past. And don’t miss the Pinball Hall of Fame, where you can play more than 100 pinball machines from throughout the 20th century.
