Featuring a classic American menu, Point in Tyme is a cosy, wood panelled venue, serving a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wake up to hot eggs, bacon and pastries, and return at lunch or dinnertime for sirloin hamburgers and southwestern mac and cheese. During the day and into the early evening, the poolside Cascades Cafe serves snacks, including boneless buffalo bites and quesadillas, as well as smoothies. In the evenings, head to Different Pointe of View for panoramic desert views and daily specials – such as apple butter glazed house smoked pork chops (open Tuesday to Sunday, reservations recommended).
