Overview

This five-star, adult-only hotel is located on the south eastern coast of Cyprus, beside golden sands and the crystalline sea. Offering a large pool with a swim up bar, a second infinity-style pool and a spa by Elemis, Sunrise Jade provides a relaxing retreat.

Set in a quiet location, a 15-minute walk from the centre of Protaras, the hotel overlooks a bay, whilst remaining close to local restaurants and shops. You are less than a mile’s walk from the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay, along a pleasant seafront promenade, and five miles from Cape Greco National Forest Park where you can explore nature trails, visit the whitewashed chapel of Ayioi Anargyroi or simply pause to take in the impressive views of the Mediterranean coastline. The hotel is 41 miles from Larnaca International Airport. There's also a bus stop nearby, providing regular transport links to Paralimni and Ayia Napa.

Other facilities

The hotel’s main pool is large and operates a sunbed and umbrella reservation service (allocated on arrival), and has a swim up bar, too. A second pool is infinity-style - both are heated during early April and late October (subject to change and weather conditions). Dining information

Sage, the hotel’s international restaurant, is the place to head when hunger strikes, with a large terrace making the most of the sea views – its a la carte lunch menu has vegetarian and vegan options, too. While you’re relaxing by the pool, you can grab fresh juices, iced coffees, cocktails, ice creams and snacks from Spearmint Pool Bar. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, visit Patisserie Amelie for cakes, Belgian waffles and homemade gelato.

In the evenings, tuck into flame-grilled American classics (including a vegan choice) at Reef American Grill & Sports Bar and try Asian and Mediterranean flavours at Ginger Fine Dining. After dark, head to Mint Lounge bar for a wide choice of drinks as well as a terrace with sea views.

The half board package includes access to the hotel’s dine around programme, which includes one dinner in each of the resort’s three restaurants once per week (you’ll receive a dining credit towards a dinner in Ginger Fine Dining). It also includes access to one meal in two local restaurants, located on the main road through Protaras, around one mile from the hotel - Kyklos Greek Restaurant serves authentic Greek cuisine, inspired by northern Greece and the Aegean islands, and The Braseiro Rodizio Brazilian Steakhouse features a gourmet salad bar with a variety of rotisserie grilled meats.
