Nestled on a secluded peninsula on Palm Jumeirah, the palatial One&Only The Palm provides an intimate escape with personalised service, a quarter of a mile of private beach, the One&Only Spa by Guerlain, and three dining choices overseen by Michelin-starred chef, Yannick Alléno. You can even access the facilities of sister property One&Only Royal Mirage, accessible via a boat transfer.

Located on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah, the resort occupies a secluded location the end of the archipelago's West Crescent. Marina Walk is around ten miles from the resort, and The Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa are just over 18 miles east. Dubai International Airport is 25 miles away – approximately 35 minutes by car.

One&Only The Palm blends Arabian and Andalusian architecture with contemporary chic interiors. Stylish guest rooms are among Dubai’s largest and are set in a secluded residential environment within the tri-level Manor House, or six low-rise beachfront mansions. Palm Manor House Premier Rooms and Palm Beach Premier Rooms provide similar propositions, with location and views distinguishing them – Palm Manor House rooms offer garden views, and Palm Beach Rooms offer a beachfront setting, with beachfront garden views. In each, sliding doors reveal large bathrooms with marble tubs, rainfall showers and luxury Ex Voto Paris Black Amber toiletries. The secluded palm-lined private beach is dotted with sun loungers, and the resort’s deep-blue Grand Pool is bordered by double-daybeds. For the ultimate poolside sanctuary, book a private air-conditioned cabana, with two sunbeds, towels, an indoor/outdoor shower, minibar, Wi-Fi, TV and an AED 500 food and drink credit (charges apply).

At the outstanding One&Only Guerlain Spa, you’ll find an adult-only pool, offering early morning aqua gym classes and a hammam, in addition to a wide selection of treatments from the revered brand. Feel your tension melt away with a tailored ‘The 8’ massage, which relaxes 80 muscles in the face and body. For added indulgence, follow with a facial treatment, using the brand’s celebrated Black Orchid skincare products. The spa is also home to the fitness centre, manicure and pedicure salon, and a hair salon from celebrity hairdresser Alexandre Zouari.

Non-motorised water sports include kayaking, Hobie Cats sailing, paddle boating and windsurfing. An additional choice of motorised water sports, such as water skiing, wake boarding, banana boat rides and boat rides to Dubai Marina or around The Palm Jumeirah, are available from the boat house at One&Only Royal Mirage (charges apply). You can access all other facilities at this sister resort, too.

Not just an escape for adults, One&Only The Palm features the ‘KidsOnly’ haven, providing a schedule of engaging activities, a playground and a pool.

Dining information

The resort’s main restaurant, Zest, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an international menu overseen by Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alleno. Blending culinary influences of the Middle East, Asia and the West, the elegant restaurant features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an inviting ambience. 101 Dining Lounge and Bar is a chic venue, located by the resort’s private marina. It offers a selection of light tapas or a menu of Mediterranean-style dishes. Al fresco seating opens onto a fashionable overwater chill-out lounge, with seaside tables and a bar. STAY is Yannick Alleno’s signature restaurant, offering a distinct dining experience, where traditional French cooking methods are reinterpreted in contemporary fashion.

The half-board package includes a dinner at ZEST or 101 Dining Lounge and Bar, where you can enjoy a set menu, or receive a credit of AED 260 for adults and AED 130 for children aged 3 to 11. If you stay on the Dine Around plan, you’ll receive a 25% discount on your food bill at Rotisserie, EauZone Pool & Beach Restaurant, Nina, Tagine and Drift Beach Club at One&Only Royal Mirage (all outlets open on select days).

A shuttle boat service operates between One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only The Palm, on a fixed time schedule. It starts at noon, operating every hour and finishes at 00:30. This boat is a complimentary shuttle service between the two properties for the use of hotel guests only. It is not an arrival or departure transfer. All arrivals to One&Only The Palm should happen by road.
