Located next to Blanc International & Sol pool, world-class chefs at Lumiere deliver a French fine dining fusion. Dine a la carte or indulge in a carefully curated 14-course tasting menu complete with pairings from an exclusive wine selection - the brioche served here is delicious. Blanc serves breakfast and lunch international buffet style. Decadent spreads include traditional Mexican dishes, a selection of fresh fruit, American style pancakes, cereals, yogurts, French toast and waffles, complimented by free-flowing mimosas. Dine here in the evenings and enjoy a la carte steakhouse and Mexican. Terraza, on the third floor, serves an international breakfast too, alongside brick-oven pizzas a la carte for lunch and dinner with gourmet specialties available in the evenings. In the central lobby you’ll find Bella, serving an Italian a la carte menu, and Yama offering an oriental a la carte dinner service.

Pure is located by the lagoon pool and delivers a healthy menu of light bites and refreshments. Sip cocktails at Cavo bar on the third floor or unwind in the bar and lounge, Blanclobby. Blancsol and Blancluna are the resort's swim-up bars serving small plates and a range of premium drinks. In the evenings, retreat to the Beach Club, this lively bar and lounge is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner aperitif. For a sweet treat head to K'akau, the resort’s elegant confectionary and coffee shop. The chocolates here are not to be missed and the morning pastries are a firm favourite. Those with a sweet tooth will also love Glacé. This eatery serves a menu of deserts and refreshments including home-made ice creams, fresh fruit popsicles and thick milkshakes.
