The hotel is perched on the pristine sands of Eagle Beach, praised as one of the world’s best beaches in the 2022 TripAdvisor Travellers choice awards. It’s situated between downtown Oranjestad, which is two miles south and the Palm Beach area, which is three miles north – so shopping, restaurants and nightlife are within easy reach. Closer to the hotel there’s a casino and a few restaurants, bars and cafes, which are further along the beach. For golfers The Links course is just over half a mile away. Queen Beatrix International Airport is five miles away.

The spacious rooms are decorated in neutral colours with contrasting black furnishings. The plush king-size beds are backed by large headboards and tastefully finished with patterned cushions. Each room comes with Temper Pedic bedding, a smart TV which mirrors your device and locally made Aruba Aloe toiletries. They are also equipped with air dehumidifiers and air purifiers and are solar powered.

For evening entertainment, the beach bar plays music and there are twice weekly movies on the beach. There’s also a gift shop, a solar heated whirlpool, free Wi-Fi, a laundry service and a spa.

Throughout the day there’s a relaxed beach bar serving tropical drinks, smoothies and snacks, with an evening happy hour. For a memorable experience book an evening at Senses Chef’s Table restaurant, a five to eight course fine dining experience with wine pairings. If it’s a special occasion look no further than the private beach palapa – enjoy a private dinner on the beach, under the stars.

Using several techniques and technologies this resort is a leader in sustainability in the Caribbean, and pride themselves on being carbon neutral.
