An array of facilities are available for all ages and interests here, from eight pools – with one exclusively for children, as well as extensive gardens and sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine or shade. Or, take the panoramic lift directly to the beach for a full-service water sports centre and beach club.

The resort’s Porto Pirata playground is home to the supervised kids’ club, running from 09:30 until 17:00, for little ones aged 1 to 8 years. Those attending the kids’ club (additional charge) can find adventure on the life-size wooden pirate ships here and enjoy guided activities. Children of all ages can access the wider Porto Pirata playground all year round. They can make a splash in their own swimming pool here, enjoy a game on the basketball court or romp about on the bouncy castle and slides – all free of charge. You’ll also find a mini-golf course on the playground with clubs and balls included (additional charge). During peak periods (Easter, May half-term, summer months and the October half-term) additional jam-packed activities are available for kids aged 5 to 12 years. Everything from air bungee sessions, fun with remote controlled cars and bird/reptile shows to face painting and t-shirt painting, is on offer – as well as paintball target shooting and the gel blast family game. Please note that all additional activities during peak periods are at an additional cost and children must be always accompanied by an adult. Kids can also take part in indoor swimming lessons (6 months+) and older children can join the junior golf camp (ages 7 to 18, additional charge) at the Pine Cliffs Golf Academy, the junior and teenagers’ tennis camp (ages 4 to 17, additional charge) at the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy, alongside the Junior football camp in collaboration with Estima Sports.

Serenity Spa offers 1100 m2 of space dedicated to wellness, which includes a luxe water circuit, featuring a herbal and salt sauna, an ice fountain, a large indoor pool and a hydro pool. Treatments range from ayurvedic practices to scalp treatments and even fitness consultations. The resort’s signature treatment uses fleur-de-sel from Ria Formosa, sand from Falésia Beach and carob and orange oil. You’ll find a modern fitness centre here too, with plenty of cardio equipment, weights and group classes available.

The actively inclined will also love the chance to improve their game at the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy and practise their swing in the padel court. Golfing enthusiasts are well catered for, too, as a stunning cliff-edge nine-hole course gives you the chance to tee off with an impressive backdrop.

You are spoiled for choice when it comes to eating and drinking, with a selection of seasonal seafood restaurants, grills and bars to choose from across the resort. Start the day with a buffet breakfast at Jardim Colonial or O Grill, in high season. Try the 'al fresco' signature daily offering from the ocean at O Pescador or head to Maré at Pine Cliffs for local dishes paired with fun cocktails and sangrias. For something a little lighter stay poolside and have a quick bite at the Corda Café, or grab and go with healthy choices and fresh homemade juices from Zest. If you’re on the fairways, stop at the first hole and visit the Clubhouse for snacks and sandwiches. Yakuza Algarve by Olivier is one of the best Japanese eateries in the area, with a touch of Mediterranean influence. While Piri Piri Steak House offers something quite unique in the Algarve, serving prime meats from around the world. Try a local spirit or a glass of Port at Portulano Lobby Bar or drink in the stunning coastal views at Mirador Champagne Bar. By day MIMO Algarve is a relaxed espresso bar and gourmet shop, and doubles as a cooking school; by night indulge in wine tasting or a gastronomic experience from the special Chef’s Table menu.

Two pop-up restaurants also await you at Pine Cliffs. Paying homage to authentic Indian fare, Rohini by Little Miss India offers a menu of dishes with a Portuguese twist. Dine on Goan Fish Curry and Ajawani Mahi Tikka, as well as plenty of vegetarian options. Savour something sweet too with the Malai Ka Motichur – tasty chickpea fritters smothered in cream of saffron and mascarpone. Or head to Portofino by MIMO for a truly Italian experience and fabulous live cooking. This pop-up trattoria serves wholesome homemade pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, pasta dishes and creamy risotto.

The half board package includes buffet breakfast and dinner, served in Jardim Colonial and/or O Grill (dependant on occupancy and season). A three-course set dinner menu may be offered to both adults and children at the a la carte restaurants (excluding Yakuza restaurant), at no additional cost, when the buffet restaurant is unavailable – this offer excludes alcohol, and children will choose from the dedicated children’s menu. Otherwise, a la carte restaurants are not included in the half board plan and incur additional charges. Half-board stays from 6 Jan 2026 onwards, will also enjoy a dining credit (per day, per adult/per child) to use at the resort’s a la carte restaurants (excluding Yakuza restaurant). This credit also applies to in-room dining. Credit amount varies for adults and children. Please note, unconsumed meals and credit (buffet breakfast and dinner) do not cumulate, cannot be used against tax, service charges or tips, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please note, drinks are not included in any meal plans. Children aged between 0 and 3 years (inclusive) will enjoy the same meal plan as booked by adult guardians, completely complimentary. Children aged 13 years and over are considered adults. Children aged 4 to 12 years will also benefit from a 50% discount. Please also be aware that the same meal plan is required for all room occupants for the duration of your stay. The hotel reserves the right to amend any meal plans without notice. The hotel also reserves the right to open and/or close any of the restaurants, bars and other services without giving prior notice in line with resort occupancy.
