New York is famous for its nightlife, from live jazz clubs and comedy circuits to legendary music venues like the Apollo Theatre. Make your way to the Lower East Side for buzzing bars, or head to Meatpacking District for exclusive nightclubs. Don’t forget to venture over to Brooklyn, as this is the hippest place to be seen on nights out.

Secret New York

Stylish and sophisticated, New York is full of great bars and trendsetting night spots. The secret(ish) speakeasy PDT (Please Don’t Tell) is accessed through a hot dog restaurant’s faux-telephone booth. The Maison Premiere in Brooklyn serves absinthe and oysters, surprisingly a match made in heaven. And don’t miss out on a visit to The Dead Rabbit – an Irish bar par excellence.
